Don't believe the pet stores who tell you that all of their puppies come from wonderful family home breeders... A reputable breeder would NEVER sell a puppy to a pet store and a reputable breeder would NEVER sell a puppy to someone they haven't screened to make sure they can provide a good home for the pup.

Please do your homework and select a breeder whose goal is to "better the breed" - not to merely make a profit. In fact, if they are making a profit at all, they probably aren't doing the right thing!
